The program consists of the following components; Cultural and Land-Based Lifeways, Fitness and Exercise, Team and Individual pick-up Sports, and Adjacent Wellness Activities. The program is funded by Sports Canada.
- Cultural and Land-Based Lifeways, activities include ceremonies, wâposo-wâti garden project, berry picking, medicine walks, canoeing, and equestrian activities
- Fitness and Exercise include walking club, golf, mini-golf, dog walking, strength training, yoga, aquafitness, and Zumba
- Team and Individual pick-up sports, such as softball, card games, skating, and sledding etc.
- Adjacent Wellness Activities, spectator sports – football, hockey, open fire cooking, and field trips
